PANCAKES

I felt like banana pancakes today, soooo this is the result :) Yummy! If you want to try them too, here is the recipe:

- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 little package vanilla sugar
- a pinch of normal sugar

and of course some olive oil for the pan! Just mix the things in a bowl and lets go :)

Ohh how I loved this day! I had the most awesome time beeing in a real reindeer sleigh (I felt a bit like Santa haha). The reindeer just went his own way and we enjoyed the nature around there in the forest :)  There is just soo much snow, it's incredible! This is how a real winter should look like!

LAPPLAND

SNOW SNOW SNOW

 Soo I'm back :-) And I had an awesome time ! I spent one exciting week in Ruka (Lapland) with my host family :) Here are some pictures from our first day in Kuusamo :) When I walked out of the train everything looked so magical...and cold! We had -30 degrees! But the snow was so glittery and the sun was rising and it was just beautiful, so I didn't care. More picures are coming :)
